JL Ceramics Co. is a small business and cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.  All sales are final. 

Any questions about a product should be asked prior to purchase.

Shipped products are packed very carefully - double boxed with padding in both boxes to protect your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please send an email to jlceramicsco@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and brief description and any photo documentation you feel is relevant.  By writing an email nothing is guaranteed, but we do want our customers to enjoy their experience with JL Ceramics Co. pieces! If it's something within our abilities we will try to resolve as best as we can.
